well of course they have to be friendly to make the sale lol. once you're going in for warranty service, they don't make any money and they don't care about how you feel.

Damn your SA responded to your email! I go to Rallye and i had an issue and my SA never responded to any of my emails or phone calls, he was a quick service SA (oil changes and what not) My original SA was great. But that one time has changed my view on Rallye.

That couldn't be any more farther from the truth.

Do you really believe that just because you have a free warranty, and a dealer services your car with it, they don't make any money?

Remember my original post when answering this question, I wouldn't go to Life Quality service if someone put a gun to my head, but your assumption has absolutely no merrit.

they wont make money off of "ME". i'm not paying them, so they need not treat me nice. If they were selling me something and I had cash in my hand, they're gonna wanna convince me to give them that money. Please read. I'm not saying they don't make money, I'm sure they do. Kthanks.

They are not making money directly from you, but they are making money by servicing your car. That said, the way LQ treats you and everyone else, is just how they are (probably because they have idiots working in the service shop). Go visit a reputable service shop for warranty repair, you'll be amazed at the level of service. Kthxbai.

I got a couple cars from a couple dealers, buying cars, it comes down to the person ur dealing with.

Open Road bmw is a good dealer to buy from, just got to get the right person, that goes for buying from any dealer. But my last car i bought there with a worker who isnt there anymore was very GOOD.

Life quality, only person i heard that was good there was Andy, i got a car from him aswell, and the experience was very positive overall aswell.

As for service, i have had many good service experiences with Open road, and have yet to go to life quality for service to see how it is, as many people say it isnt very good. But since i know the work at Open road is good, i continue to service my car there.

Servicing your car can be done anywhere, just got to start to get know the SA, and the service manager. so look around the area, there is many dealer within a hour drive.. see which people like best and seem to fit u best.

That is not the only reason why I'm so frustrated. I e-mail him asking for some more information and if he can give me a loaner car. He doesn't even respond.

Anyone else have experience with Life Quality BMW? Or knows of an adviser that actually does their job?

Yea he was my advisor too. His uncle owns Life Quality, so i am guessing he can do what he wants... Go to William Wallace - he sits next to Nick.

If I ever go back to Life Quality I will try him. One of the many issues with them is their technicians suck. As kind, knowledgeable, and professional as a SA can be (and they def aren’t) they still depend on their crappy techs. I have many stories about them and I am tired of their BS. Congrats on the M3, unbelievable car. You didn’t get it for Life Quality did you?

You get better service with the e90post sticker? I figured it would just give them ammo to go search for evidence I've been modding...

Been to Life Quality twice for tire/wheel insurance and honestly, had a very good experience both times.

SA called letting me know about the status of the car, when it was ready, in and out.

Glad you had a good experience. Reading the old thread suggests others have not had a positive experience. Maybe hit or miss
