FYI to those interested.
I've seen this car on autotrader as well. Description says that "This car was a manufacturer's buyback because two solenoids had to be replaced under warranty." Not sure if this has already been disclosed to the people interested on this forum. Just trying to help out. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...00&cardist=161 |

All you see on here is lease takeovers because people try to lease more car than they can afford, and then realize they can't afford it.

People are beginning to panic about the possibility of a recession, and a lot of people are finding out that they really aren't that well off to be driving a 50-thousand dollar car so there are more and more coming on the market.

Does the guy that had this car before post on here?It looks like this was a lemon buy back and the owner wanted a new car.
Its like they say,if it sounds to good to be true ..... the price is good but the BMW buy back is a huge concern,BMW dosnt buy back cars that arnt problemed cars, this car must of sceen the dealership a hundred times for it to get bought back. We need more info on the buyback,a dealer will not cancle a loan or lease on a simple 02 sensor, this car must have a F'ed up vanos system like some of the 335s on here. |

Not really. I found a white one down in La Porte. It was from California. Out there the lemon law is more relaxed than here. The lot that has it goes all over buying cars like this. This one had the HPFP problem and the owner threw a hissy and BMW bought it back and gave him a new car. It had 3990 miles, loaded. $39,000. It sold as soon as he put it outside. He bought 3 more yesterday and is sending me the info. My opinion only. Get the last 7 of the vin and check it out.

The car had only been in the shop twice. Basically if you are a good at complaining, you can have your car bought back by BMW easily. We have bought and sold many 750Li's, 645's, and M3's that were buybacks. One 645i was bought back because the owner "thought" it had an option that it didn't. There are going to be some good buys on 335's that were bought back for the fuel pump problem.
Remember, these cars still carry a full warranty and maintenance agreement. If BMW really thought they were Lemons, they would void the warranty like other manufacturer's do. |

Let me know if you guys get an xi,I would be all over this if it was an xi.I live in ne and the winters here are terrible.
The fuel pump makes sence since many cars were effected by them. Some one is going to get a nice car. |

strange, there was a post in my subscription notification that I was going to respond to but it's not here now... hmmm...
"aydeee1911 has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - E92 335i Coupe 6-speed Black/Saddle $35,800 - in the Cars for Sale forum of BimmerPost - BMW Forums. This thread is located at: http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...3&goto=newpost Here is the message that has just been posted: *************** great deal...more than that....i was getting discouraged looking at "for sale cars" on here, fest, fanatics.....i dont know if bmw buyers gets ripped off the most or if owners rip off each other the most...in a year of having the car, people would actually save money buying a 08 they build with some negotiation rather then buying a 07 IMO..great deal buddy! and thanks for your integrity! - btw if anyone is looking to buy near va/md/dc goto VOB - they're offering invoice no destination no dealership fees for the month of FEB. Check on Edmunds to find out invoice price before heading over. Good luck with the sale!" Well, I called them, this is only for existing inventory... just FYI... |

Unfortunately, VOB also doesn't list all the features their cars have on the website. I'm currently looking for a fairly barebone 328 for my mom, and they forgot to list premium package on the description of the car that I was interested. 3k here, 3k there...So far, Passport has quoted me the best price in the area (and were nice to deal with).

I'm curious but why is the OP using the same interior pic as this person on swapalease: http://www.swapalease.com/VEHICLESEA...hicleID=389155 Something's seems a tad fishy. I suppose he could be trying to get photos similar to his car but it seems odd. |

Believe those are just stock photos until the one he has goes to the detailer at which point, lots of real photos of the car are taken. The car is real, what he says about it is real. I've ridden in it and driven it. Its in very good shape, there's no funny business there.

"The vehicle is out of service because of the repair of any number of problems by the manufacturer or its agents for a cumulative total of more than 30 days since delivery of the vehicle." http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php I just purchased a 335 that had ONE failure of HPFP, the dealer told the previous owner the car would be in service for 43 days due to national backorder on the pumps. He returned it. They replaced the pump and the car runs fine. There are many 335's being returned for HPFP failure. All you need is a supply shortage of the pumps + impatient owners = buyback. Besides, dealers have all the paperwork describing why the car was repurchased so you can buy with confidence |
