Only selling the rolex and beleive me even i wouldn't want to buy it lets just say its more then the e92 i got on order and thats 55k. I mean mabey you know somebody whos intrested i dont mean to talk down to you but i dont know alot of people who spend more then 60k on a watch. Including myself. If you really are intrested just pm me buddy. Its a Rolex Presidential Masterpiece Platinum all diamonds from rolex and all paperwork previously owned(wore 3 times) brand new if im not mistaken its somewhere in the range of 85k.

I have my breitling anf it was about 1900-2000 with 3 bands I bought. Its very plain but it what I like. I cant wait to get a breitling Navitimer world though but 4500-5000 is a LOT to drop on a watch. Rolex are great collectibles but the only style I like is the daytons. I like the looks of the Breitlings more than Rolex but thats just my opinion. Omega is a decent watch along the same lines as a Tag. Tag makes very good qualitywatches for the money and have some cool designs also. The breitling is also expensive because its an automatic and does not need a battery. The sell 1 line of watches that have a battery but they are overprice and its worth the 5-700 more for the automatic.

get the Omega seamaster, you cannot go wrong get the 41mm size. My three closest friends own Rolex, Baume & Mercier, and Breitling. All three have great watches but all have comlimented and made envious comments about my Omega. I looked at the Speedmaster you posted here and it was a contender when I was looking at watches. But the Seamaster is more rugged looking the larger size is great. Also the band was very comfortable. New you can get the Quartz version for about $1300 and the Auto version for about $1700. I went with the Quartz because of the accuracy and went with Omega for build quality, feel and looks. The watch is worth every penny, if you try it on you will buy it.
Oh yeah, fun fact...its referred to as the Bond watch, even mentioned by Bond in the Casino Royale movie... on the train scene girl“Nice watch. Rolex?” Bond “No, it’s… an Omega.”

Well im most likely going this weeknd with my dad (since no jeweler will let a 18 year old kid try on a $1200+) to look at the various watches. I think im going to say screw it and spend it all on a Breitling, but need to try them on before hand to make sure they fit.

for 1100 you cannot go wrong. My cheapest breitling before diamonds was like 3800. They do charge alot for the chronos. But at the end of the day you still have a breitling if you buy and welcome to the club. Its worse then modding your car you just want nicer and better lol.

ultimately (3-5 years) want to buy the breitling super aveger win diamond bzel but for now I think this watch is fine. I mean I'm only going to be a senior in HS this year, so this far exceeds any watch I thought I'd have at this time not to mention I think it will feel good buying with my own money from working this summer, I'll keep you updated, but thanks for the insight everyone !

To be completely honest, the people who replicate watches and collect replicas generally have a better knowledge than most anyone else you can ask.
They pay attention to details and can spot a fake a mile away. They also know the ins and outs of most high-end watches... If you want, PM me and I can point you in the right direction of where to ask questions about the authenticity of a watch. |
