Would exhaust wrap dampen the raspy sound from catless DP?

I don't know but it's worth a try. The only hard thing is wrapping them when they are installed already. The good thing for you is that you have more room because you don't have the cats.

Only bad thing is that I'm afraid of the things catching fire. What should I do?

Do it. Just make sure you use the silicone spray to repel the oil.
But, who am I...Do what you want.

The Legendary Mr. 5 speaks!!! It shall be done!

j/k hah

I think I will do it. Where do I get the silicone spray? How much should I use? Do I apply it before I put the wrap on or after?

The last dyno I did was to show the Xede DP software gains.
I'm on the list for the V2 and AA Intercooler so I'm sure there will be a couple more to come.

One caveat (buyer beware) for this type of wrap: it's great to keep heat in things that need heat, but if it gets wet, it will take a long time to dry out. Because of this it tends to accelerate rusting of parts too. When it gets old, it crumbles and dusts bad, so you need to renew it ever so often. Old is a relative term, so look at having to redo every year or maybe less.

Forgot to mention, good job as always...I always look forward to your informative posts Mr.5

Well, the cats are stainless number one.
Number 2 is the reason for silicone spray. This helps repelling water.
I'm sure I'll replace it when necessary.
