I heard JPworkz might be scamming people lately, one of the reason's why I steered away from that route

What have you seen with ST DCT N54s?

I assume I will need upgraded clutches to see the full potential of a 6266 turbo.
If your ST I cant touch it

Oh yeah? What exactly have you heard? It just seems like a lot of people are running their kits now so I figured they work well.

If I remember right, he wasn't the one actually scamming but was associated with someone that was. I'm at work so I don't have time to read the whole thread over. Might not be the case I just remember seeing him being mentioned and scamming lol

Yes understood, its not an MHD thing, its a personal thing I rather stay away from. As of recently I have decided to only tune twin setups.

Are you custom tuned or using the ots e40 map?

What kind of 60ft did you do with that run?

2.0-2.1. The whole launching thing blows on street tires. Even my nt05s spin. I wish there was a way to code the DME so that I could turn stability control off as well and still use launch control. Soon as the car starts to go sideways it cuts ignition. Even quick launching at 2.5k Rpms. 😑

I hear ya. I don't even bother with LC at this point, I just go from idle and I have the 3500rpm launch point. I don't have a lot of confidence in the drivetrain holding up using LC at my power level. Maybe after upgraded axles and driveshaft it will be a different story.

Did you have the 3500 launch point coded into your car? Mine is at 5k still I just use the feather method to get it close to that when launching.

I flashed the 135is DCT TCU file to my car with WinKFP. If you're interested in trying it, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

I am FBO with stock turbos and MHD E40. I snapped the input shaft of the diff using LC (Z4 is at 4,000 rpm). I fixed that and added NT05R and tried launching with 12psi limit in 1st gear. Now I have a severe vibration when accelerating in 1st and 2nd. I will be replacing the driveshaft soon. I will give up on launching at the dragstrip until someone comes up with stronger driveshafts.

Ya I think with the way the dct launches slicks are the only way to go. Help absorbed that initial drivetrain shock

So Bura, does that mean when MHD arrives for the N55 you won't be extending your expertise to us as well?

That would be most disappointing to me.

I don't think drag radials will help our situation. If anything, it will make it worse. Getting the car to hook would put a lot of strain on our factory drivetrain. Using non drag radials would actually help prevent things from breaking besides the wheel hop
