If you do get him to ship make sure you also order the harness extension for RHD cars. You can get it shipped to him and then he can ship it all together. It's what I did for the N55 Jb4 I got.

Somewhere else? are you suggesting there's a way to search for this info? and in turn that there might be 100's of posts with these EXACT questions and answers?

Seems as though you like fishing in a dried out lake. If only post count did anything in deferring stupidity and reliance

Maybe he only writes posts, and never reads any of the others.

It's quite an achievement to own a 335is with 1300+ posts and to have never seen JB4 in a topic before. It's all 335i owners talk about lol

My thoughts exactly.
Hence my assumption he's just trolling.

Hi everyone,
I'm an experienced N54 owner and amateur tuner. The JB4 G5 is great and will automatically tune on map 5 based on your modifications. Our cars need some extra modifications to gain the extra horse power. The JB4 alone will boost your Turbos safety but better intakes downpipes and intercooler will allow the JB4 to push the turbos further.
You can leave the JB4 in when visiting the main steelers just put it in map0
The JB4 is adjusted via the steering wheel buttons do some searching

I have a similar device which had my car running 450bhp 460tq it's called a procede from procede tuning. It plugs in just like the JB4 and is very similar. I have it up for sale in the UK if anyone wants it. I also have DCI and charge pipes.

I have recently taken the car to the next level with new turbos and i am using a custom tune to support the development of the car. I am planning 600hp

If you are looking for a cheap used tune pm me

Not sure exactly what you are after but might be worth checking out the newly released MHD flasher:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1096242

and

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1096247

and

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...hd.flasher.n54

When I saw this last night, I scrapped my plans for a JB4 pretty much straight away. Read all 60 pages of the thread to get up to speed and 24 hours later I am Stage 1 mapped (cost about £70 for all the Stage 1 maps and flashing licence) using just my Android tablet with downloaded app, a USB OTG cable (£1.99) and a K+DCAN cable that I use for my coding. One of the easiest mods I have done on the car, really is as simple as pushing a button.

I couldn't be happier! Only thing I don't have is the gauge hijacking but not worth the extra £250+ in my eyes.

Map switching can be done in ~2 minutes and think it supports up to Stage 2+ and E85 mixes. I am currently running the Stage 1 - 98 RON and it flies compared to stock!

PM me if you want any more info. I have no connection to this product, just a very happy customer so far!

Any android device would work..phone...etc but it has to support a feature called USB OTG (On the go) you can check this in the specs of the device.

I have a galaxy note 2 and a cheap Lenovo tablet. Both are working well with the software. If you don't have an android device / one that supports OTG then you are out of luck. Unfortunately no solution for iPhone due to hardware & software limitations.
