Guys. The kick in the back feel could come from tranny related issue. To be exact is the mechatronic sleeve needs to be replaced. In regards to the rough idle most likely is due to a leaky injector. Cheers!

Yesterday I poured a $9 can of seafoam into my n52- half in oil- half in gas tank. Drove around lightly for 30 mins then changed my oil and rough idle gone!
