Note to self: I really need to start checking the Cali sub-forum more frequently.
Guys you can count me in on this! I'm always down for a drive. The weather should be nice and cool by November and at any rate it would be nice to get together with the NorCal crew again. I've driven both HW9 and Mt. Hamilton a few times and I agree with Kenny that Mt. Hamilton is not ideal for cars. It's narrow, poorly paved, and overly windy that we won't be able to carry any good speed on those roads (not even for cruising). Some suggestions:
-hkj P.S. Mt. Hamilton pic taken earlier this year. My car was nearly stock then.... |

Sorry for the delay guys! It's been a hectic couple of weeks. We might be able to hang out on the 11th, but not sure as my wife is having our baby shower that day. If not, how about the 18th? My Bday is on the 26th, so I'm not sure if I'll be free that weekend.

The 11th may still work, not sure though. I am not attending the baby shower, but I am not sure if I will be needed for any reason. I will find out more soon...

I'm busy on the 18th/19th weekend, but otherwise Saturdays would be ideal for me. Also what's the plan for the meet? Are we all going for a drive or just hang out and BBQ? My vote goes to drive...

i'm moving back up to sf next week from san diego, and i missed both apple pie runs while down there, so i'm definitely up for one in the bay area if this goes down. any weekend after the 4th works for me!

Seems like the 11th is best for most people, but it may not work out for me.
I have to be available to help my wife and our friends (from LA) get the baby room ready after the shower and to drive my mother to and from the baby shower. The whole thing starts at 12pm and goes until about 3pm. I think the 4th will be slightly better for me. I was thinking of a Treasure Island Hang out since I won't have lots of time. For others who have more time, you can have a drive after TI? I was thinking we could buy some food and eat there and take some pics of the area. Buckets of KFC?? Danny

Excellent idea on TI.
I've been wanting to go to TI for all these years and haven't got around to it. I think TI will provide lots of good photo opportunities. Also it's not far from HW1/Miur woods north of SF, so if we have time afterwards I'd love to go for a drive there. -hkj |

HI GUYS. We haven't had a meet in a while huh? My car is still the same as it was the last time at Danny's house. I am pretty busy all this month, but set a date, and I'll try my best to make time for it. TI sounds like a great idea... but didnt' we have trouble trying to do TI last time? I forget the details...

Well, so far, I think we are still on, but lets use this thread to confirm.
Dylan, the problem with TI before was involving taking up a big space and using the BBQ grills. This time, we're just hanging out...like out of towners visiting... Danny
