The rain sensor works pretty good in daylight and when the road is well lit at night. It fails when it is really dark outside and the sensors can't see the rain drops. In such case it wipes only when the rain drops are lit by headlights from oncoming traffic and stops when there is none. Kind of useless.

For me the automatic climate control works when you set it up right to fit your taste (I do mine via iDrive). To me it works best when it is set to aggressive for cooling and medium for heating.

What I don't like:

The frickin' window switches on the armrests are about 2 or 3 inches too far away!

Stock sound system is mediocre. It's great for 680News (LOL), but sucks for everything else.

AMEN to that.
I've open the rear windows by accident waaaaaaaay too many times. It's embarrasing!

I have to say, I actually LOVE the spartan interior. It is refreshingly simple. It has grown on me to the point that I prefer it to the more lavish interiors of the jap cars, and the dated, unchanged interior in the A4s.

My complaint with the rain sensing wipers is that more often they wipe too much! The "sensitivity" settings rarely makes a difference.

I have never felt the soft dakota leather get too hot or too cold, especially compared to the harder leather in a lot of other cars. Perhaps the tint (it is street legal) helps.
