OK, I finally got time to install the new ebay diffuser. I started at 4PM today and finished at 5...so one hour total to take the old diffuser off and install the new one. I did have to cut off part of the bumper as per this thread. Once I got over I was cutting part of my bumper off, I got it installed easily. If I would not have had to cut the diffuser, it would have taken 15 minutes. It is that easy!

Here are some installed pics. Overall, I am very pleased and love the look.

Looks really nice although it does look a little out in some areas but you wouldn't know without picking them out. My cf diffuser was like 4mm short at each end and left a gap.

Thanks for over half the price of a DD one or another overpriced option, I like it.

Thanks...The gap is OK all around. I did not have it pushed in on the right side all the way. Once I did that it is better, but not perfect to be honest. Like you said, from a distance it isn't noticed and people on this board will notice things no one else ever will.

Like I said above, for $260 shipped it looks great.

Looks just as good as mine does and I paid $385 from a vendor. Still came from Taiwan, still wasn't perfect fit, and quality was sub par.

Exactly. People always rag on Ebay like these Vendors are making these products themselves. They are outsourcing their parts and then selling them to the public after marking them up. I learned that game years ago from the G35Driver forum and vendors. Do your research and you can get the same exact product... if not better.

That was the exact reason why I bought and tried the one from ebay. when I looked at some vendors, the diffusers looked the same or at least the same quality. I don't mind paying for something unique, but in my research the diffusers look similar and most come from the same region...I saved approximately $150 or more if shipping is included.

Had a great experience with Eric at RW carbon, they have the single exit diffusers as well in stock. Check them out, I'll post some pics of my 335 diffuser shortly.

Great, how much did you pay for your diffuser? This thread is about a diffuser from ebay. I believe there is a thread about RW Carbon and diffusers. Probably best to post the pics there.

Sorry didn't mean to thread jack! Yeah it was around 400 due to forum discount, super high quality, definitely better than DD and damn close in fitment to an Arkym piece I did for a friend....won't post pics here.

Didn't mean to come off as rude...I apologize....I just looked all over for a diffuser and RW was one of the ones I looked at, but it looked like the exact same one I bought, so I took the chance and am happy with it. I even tried to buy one from RW when they first started, but a typo on their website I caught for them changed the price and they didn't honor the price I saw on their website originally.

no worries man, it's all good! I think u remember seeing your post about RW now that I think about it. Customer service wise I had the product on my hand in less than 5 days from cali to MD. the guy Eric was awesome too, typically don't have many good experiences with vendors but I definitely considered the eBay ones before I picked this one up.

My apologies for the pricing mix up. I believe I remember that incident too. We used to sell the half carbon fiber versions and switched over to the full carbon fiber versions on the same listing so the pricing had gone up. Unfortunately I could not honor the same price as they do cost more to produce. Congrats on purchasing a diffuser though. It came out looking really nice

You had both full and half carbon on your website. There is always something that can be done. I own my own business and I would rather break even or lose a little if it is my mistake to keep a customer happy. That brings the customer back and gets a happy customer in your corner.

I am glad that it worked out this way though...I still saved money from the incorrect price and it looks like the same exact diffuser...so win win for me. Thanks!

roll_the_dice Looking to buy the same one on eBay. Are you happy with the fitment, quality, durability etc? I noticed this was for the pre-lci. I assume this would fit the LCI as well.
