Hi Marc,

Direct bolt on to the downpipes, and slips into the stock/aftermarket section 2. No welding necessary so you can go back to stock very easily. Also, our mid pipes are all 304SS throughout the entire pipes inc. flanges.

Do you have any pics of where this connects to the stock exhaust?

If you already had a catback exhaust though then you wouldn't need secondary cat delete pipes. I'm currently looking for a solution to make an axleback exhaust a complete bolt-on, but it seems that no one sells just section 1+2 (aside from eisenhaus that I won't deal with) without selling the entire exhaust system. I guess I'll have to gut my stock exhaust and get some riss pipes up front. I was just trying to avoid cutting the stock system though.

Does anyone know how many inches is each secondary cat? So I can call my exhaust shop and ask them how much they will charge?

because technically it's illegal... they might do it, if you pay cash ... but only if the shop is shady enough tod o it. Supposedly if they get caught removing second cats, their fines are like tens of thousands of dollars.

Another option is to have them cut the stock midpipe right at the cat, have them break up and remove the cat material from within the stock pipe, and then weld it back together and re-install.

This way you get all the benefits of the delete (power/sound) while maintaining the stock/emmisions appearance.

I've got the Supersprint exhaust which is 60mm, but not the mids. But since the stock pipe is 57mm it didn't seem worth it to fully replace the mids and have the related dealer issues with the cats "visibly" removed.

any reason why you dont just upgrade to a full exhaust and reap all possible benefits. Since my 3 inch catless downpipes no one mod has ever made me happier than my HPF Gen 2, now i may or may not have cats anywhere or mufflers... and my neighbors may or may not know when i am in the neighborhood.
