An E91 M3, no.
An E91 335d Xi, yes.

How bout buying a used E90 M3 (in white, black, or SG) and a used E91 325i in the same color and swaping everything over. Should be doable for about $80k (not including labor) due to used vehicle prices tanking so badly. Then you can sell off the resulting E90 325i to recoop some funds. You'd need someone to custom weld the rear quarter panels of course. And no warranty. But I think this would make a great project car.

Maybe because it's more practical, more exclusive and the driver looks younger and more successful. In US, you always see the soccer moms in the wagons. In Europe, the soccer moms have a SUV (75% of SUV are driven by women with children). The active and successful men have a wagon.

I'm not debating whether a wagon is a good economic choice or a good concept for a company to toy around with. Let me repeat that one more time just in case you missed it: I am NOT debating whether a wagon is a good concept or whether a company should create one. I am simply asking whether people would buy one to which many who posted here have either said yes or no along with a short blurb about why or why not. I suggest you do the same. Thanks for reading.

Short answer: "YES"
I would have definitely bought the e91 in a higher variation (330, 335, M) if it were offered in the US.
