That's right it was a CSL and reading more into it @Carscoops some moron crashed into the back of it while it was stationary pushing it off where it probably got some front end damage also.

I'm not sure they're choosing the higher sidewall rubber voluntarily. My understanding is tire sidewall size is a byproduct of the governing body limiting rim diameter as a way to limit brake size/capability.
