There were only limited quaife diffs. going for that special price and unfortunately that price cannot be matched for new orders or back orders. I want to again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It typically takes 6 days for your refund on the credit card to show up. I will follow up with my accounting department that the total amount has been credited back.

There are only two authorized Quaife distributors here in the USA, VAC Motorsports and US. I also have a few authorized dealers if you are insterested in contacting them, PM me.

You may be able to find the Quaife from someone else, but may lack after sales support or had the problem you mentioned.

lol. before I even got to who the one of the vendors were, I had MB in mind. Somehow the way the OP described the sales experience sounded way to familiar to me. Hope you get your credit back soon, and I hope the authorized sellers, e.g. HP Autowerks, can clear some stuff up for the community.
