You will probably have to go through her insurance. Good luck, and make sure you make as much of a fuss as you can about it! She will be more careful in the future after that.

I do the same thing. Sorry, what I meant was fat obnoxious people who don't give a flying f' and drive beat up Tahoes, and are so fat that they have to throw their doors open and catapult themselves out of their oversized Captain chairs, thus slamming their already beat to shit doors into the side of your immaculate, well-kept car.

dude that sucks. she deserves to pay every penny if the lot was really as empty as you describe it. hopefully this will teach her to hold onto your door.

I would have parked on the street first, and if not, I would have pulled out as soon as she pulled in next to me. Why take such a chance? Besides parking further away is important to burn those Big Mac calories off.

Just kidding. Man I hope this doesn't turn into another one of these "I park my car far away so no one hits it" discussions. I'm sorry OP. Is that 60 pounds for the dent? On the bright side, your car looks very clean

WTF she looks like she was trying to park in the passenger seat. I would have been pissed but i would have quickly backed my car up and moved to another spot before that even happened, because in my mind i would have already had it played out that she would have hit my car parked that close.

Like a lot of people here , I usually try to park my car my car out away from everyone else. I was dropping a movie off the other day. as I walked back out to my car a had some lady ask me "is that your car"? After a quick "yes" from me, she proceeded to tell me what an "a$$hole I was for parking my car way out there , like I'm special or something" WTF? its not double parked or anything. Its just out there. I'll admit , I can be an a$$hole sometime but not in this case . Maybe she should park a little farther out . A little more walking could help that fat ass of hers.but I digress

no was two pimple dents came out perfect cant see them now. took the guy 10 mins to do. long implement donw between the glass and door and massaged them out..i tried taking a before pic but its hardly comes out on a photo unless u can see a straight line on the ground to reflect it off and then you see the indents.
Well i have text her this morn and called her left two voice messages and no reply, amazing, I basically said if she does not want to just settle cash ill just go through the small claims court. I dunno if its just me but am i the only decent person left in the world, if i had hit a guys car with my door, I would in no way be awkward about it and just pay up no questions asked. In fact when i was 18 years old, i reversed and scuffed a guys bumper, not badly, but still said look ill give you something toward repairing it as it was clearly my fault. I knew this trailer trash woman would be a pain. Oh well i did go back and get a witness statement from guy who was sat behind us. |
