I can't stop looking at it....beautiful car!!! Then when I drive it....just grin cheek to cheek...can't stop driving it. It is good to be with a new flavor of BMW with a lot of modability ! ! !

The crazy thing is, i looked at this car for 3 years. I looked at it, walked around it, researched it. I even had a salesman bring out a key so i could get it, rev it, look under the hood, listen to the exhaust. But i refused to drive it until the day i was prepared to purchase it! I drove my first 335i the day i drove it off the lot!

I love my E90 (LCI) too, but disagree with you on the lowered part.

My 335i w/ sport package is already at the perfect ride height from the factory IMO. I don't know if its the combination of the sport pkg suspension and the sport pkg 18" wheel & tire combo, but it looks just right to me.

Any lower and it would probably look retarded.

I think the E90 looks just fine. Of course if I didn't, I probably wouldn't own one.

I think the e90 sedan looks Fugly. I was responsible for making one of the first e90 conversions with the e92 front end because I thought it was so bad.

I wasn't interested in BMWs for a good while and got into other higher up cars but then I saw an LCI e90 in sparkling graphite with the star wheels and a black interior running around town, and I knew I had to have an e9x. They did amazing things with the car on the refresh. I ended up getting the e92 as my daily driver because it's more comfortable and sportier on the inside, but the LCI e90 is gorgeous, espetially in neutral colors.

I think BMW absolutally ruined the e92 LCI refresh, and now the e92 is the fugly one, and the e92 335is is the flugliest.

Multimate 3 series, besides an M3, is the 2011 e92 335i m-tech, with the aftermarket carbon front bumper extensions painted body color, the normal rear bumper, and the pre-LCI tail lights.

No such beast exists, unless they've brought sparkling graphite back to the sedans recently for 2011.

AFAIK, that color was dropped for sedans after MY2008. (MY2009+ is LCI).

Are you perhaps referring to Space Grey?

I like BMWs but didn't like at all the E90 when it came out. The E90 LCI however looks great and that would be the one I would like for my wife. Pre-LCI not so much. Congrats on your new car!

Pre-LCI 390 looks great with sport package and Type 162 wheels. Looks even better with the right mods. Have you all forgotten this one?

You're right it's space grey. I checked to make sure that's right online. BMW has also discontinued space grey now, which is extremely unfortunate I think.

I like my E90 because it's less flashy than the E92 but it still looks sporty for a sedan, and has more of a sleeper appeal. The E92 is very handsome though, and i'll probably pick up a M-sport in a couple of years when used ones start popping up. Even though the 4 doors have come in handy numerous times....

E92 is more classic BMW but E90 has some italian flair to it, not sure maybe some italian designer was involved(?). It reminds me of some Alfa designs. It is chunkier and with sport package and in right color is more modern and aggressive looking, however down the road in 10-15 years I believe E92 will be remembered as one of the classic BMW designs. If you want to keep it for 15-20 years and drive it as a classic then for sure E92 is the car to get.

the e46 chassis with its age has become too affordable allowing a more youthful population to pick them up. The e46fanatics community is now populated with the <20 crowd who cannot yet afford the e90 body so they compensate by "stancing" their rides and bashing the e90 body style. ehh

but i do love me an e46m3.

personally i never wanted an E92. i've definitely seen some beautiful looking specimens but i prefer the E90 for it's stout look.

i felt the opposite way about the E46...never cared for the sedan version. interesting how that changed for me

I love em both but for me IMHO I really am not a fan of the rear end of the E90. Something about the tails just irk me.

But over all I would drive one if the E92 didnt exist
