Multiple purchases from Tischer for my old 330ci and my current 335i coupe, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Buy with confidence.

Thanks for the feeback fella's!

As noted, Jason and I are here to help! We sell genuine BMW parts/accessories at nice discounts, and back it up w/ the best customer service we can offer! We don't take phone calls as it just wouldn't be possible w/ the volume of orders and inquiries we get daily - but shoot us an email to gethelp@getbmwparts.com, PM on here (usernames 'Jason@Tischer' and 'Evan@Tischer'), or chat w/ us live via AIM during normal business hours - screenames 'Jason at Tischer' and 'Evan at Tischer' if you need any assistance w/ parts, ordering, or just want to say hello! Don't forget to shop our BMW Accessories/Specials catalog here for some great deals - and bookmark as we try to update often.

We do our best to ship instock orders the same or next day, and most parts we don't have on hand are in our possession within 2 - 3 business days. We do get a little backed up from time to time, especially on Mondays since we are closed on the weekends and scrambling to catch up - but we will get back to ya if contacted through the means above.

Thanks!

Just wanted to give props to Jason and Tischer again. I ordered the High Gloss Black trim kit which came in on Friday.Since each individual pieces are charged separately, I found that I got the ashtray cover, which my 2010 does not have. Easy mistake to make, I don't blame them since all models before 2010 had ashtrays. Got on AIM this morning, and talked with Jason for a few minutes and he sent me a return label for the ashtray cover right away. Couldn't have been easier! Real customer service is not when things go smoothly, but when there is a hiccup. I think the Tischer guys are doing a great job!

I just bought a zhp shift knob from them it took about 10 day a total from submitting the order to receiving the part but it was packaged nicely and would deal with them again. I'd rate them an A.

I placed an order on Feb 26th, iv'e had excellent service before my paiment was done. It's'a bit different now but i guess they are just very busy. Iv e got one item " On Order " since the 26th and 2 items in stock. Cant wait for everything to be shipped... It s'also freight shipping that may be why it s'longer ?

Bought from them once but never again. I wanted to purchase 2 small items from them. 1. was a leather key fob holder and 2. was key fob usb flash drive. The total shipping was a little over $10 and I was fine with that since it was 2 items. Next thing you know they cancelled the order of the key fob usb flash drive cause they did not have it in stock, then go on and ship the leather key fob to me charging me over $10 shipping for the small item. I would not have purchased that 1 item with the shipping charge of $10 (item was only $20). Complained but didn't get anywhere.

I think their ground shipping goes in tiers, and $10 is the lowest tier. So it would have been $10 anyways if you had just ordered that one item. They should have let you return the item though, if you asked.

Probably would've let me return it but didn't want to bother. I just won't order from them anymore. Nothing against Jason or Evan, just don't like their system.

Yes, I've purchased several things from Tischer. All of my transcations were flawless, with great communiction throughout. I have been to the dealership several times to look at cars and buy parts (I think they keep Evan and Jason locked up in the basement though, I've never seen them around the parts/service dept ) Tischer is a highly regarded BMW dealership in the Washington DC metro area.

Tischer is great! I've ordered all sorts of stuff from them in the past couple years.

I did recently try ordering some bluetooth retrofit parts (just the bracket, loudspeaker and antennas) from HuskerBMW (www.bmwmercedesparts.com) because their pricing and shipping was a bit cheaper.

Boy was that a mistake, I placed the order on the 15th, the guy never ordered the parts from BMW (because they weren't in stock) until the 22nd and says I should have them mid to late next week. Over two weeks waiting for parts is kinda silly even if I did save 20-25$.

Tischer will always be my preferred vendor for BMW parts for here on out. Quick response, quick ordering time, quick shipping.

Except my order for an OEM Alarm retrofit soon guys!

Tischer is legit. Theyre on the east coast, so if you expect to get parts in a couple days, take that into consideration. I've ordered several parts through them for my E46 M3 and everything was super smooth.
