Mine had 120 on it yesterday I am also very surprised how well the car is handling the heat with the mods. I was a little worried about the little VRSF 5" not being able to keep up with this heat but it has been doing great so far.

Well, I finally gave in and switched back to the auto-tune map. My car was not handling the heat with the A/C at low RPM. Lots of WG rattle and throttle oscillation. I'll kick it back to the fixed boost map once it cools off a little - or when driving around at night. You know, when it's only 101 instead.

AC is fine. Car is fine. And, I haven't even had to enable the MAX-COOL yet. Oil has stayed under 250. So, I'm happy so far.

I was getting 165-170 IAT after several aggresssive pulls back in April. So, I hate to see what they are now. I don't try to do too many WOT runs while it's 119 outside. At night = different story.

Exactly, once that needle moves, you're free to go!

I've had 110 degree weather here and oil temps stick to about 240. This is with the Helix FMIC.

The helix FMIC won't do anything for your oil temp. FMIC only effect Intake air temp.

Hmmm my AC has been anything but fine in this heat. I have an 08 with 42k miles. I has done ok up until this heat wave now it is not doing much. It is working, the air coming out is definitely cooler than ambient but I have a feeling it could be doing a lot better. Is there anything that can be done to get it to work better? The AC has just taken priority over all other mods if so.

Unfortunately this summer mine will be sitting outside most days while I am at work. My company is moving to downtown this fall and it will have a nice covered garage from then on.

I have an extra cooler on the 335is. That and the E85 have helped my engine a lot. I can turn on the MAX COOL feature on the JB4, but it makes A LOT of noise. Like I said, cruising around I have yet to go over 240 with the AC on. And, I have yet to turn the AC to MAX as well. It's pretty chilly. Then again, I like it hot. Just not THIS hot:

Maybe it's leaking or needs a re-charge. Take it to a professional.
It should blow out around ~45-48F Degrees out of the vents.

Lucky! Mine feels like a freaking blow drier in this heat. Probably only blows at about 70 degrees. Takes about 20 minutes to cool the cabin.
