So a 5 gallon per hour nozzle from coolingmist and a 5gallon per hour from snow injection will have different flow? I wold assume 5gallon/hr they would all flow the same. I will place a call to check. Look forward to the dyno's. Do you have 18ohm JB board?

I installed the Stage 2 meth kit and I'm looking to possibly relocate the pump.
Does anyone know the size of the pressure fit tubing and what it's made from? Nylon, polycarbonate, etc?

Thanks.
I got it. It's nylon 11, 1/4" tubing. We should get it rated higher than the max pump psi so anything higher than 220 or 250. I just ordered 25 ft, but I only need around 10 ft so let me know if anyone needs any. I ordered black.

I had this marked down as something to do before these hot summer months hit here in AZ, but got sidetracked with school and my 8 week old daughter.
Things still running well with your setup? Any hiccups along the way? Do you find yourself constantly monitoring it? The reason I ask is because I don't want to turn my car into something I am constantly stressing over. Been down that road with my last car, a heavily modified WRX (what a waste). If I can legitimately make an extra safe 25-50 whp without many headaches I will do it because it gets to 120 degrees out here in the summer and lower engine temps can only be helpful. Is a kit like this something I can dial in and forget about as long as I fill the tank? |

The only negative is their SafeInjection needs to be updated to a more friendly version for our tunes. They are working to complete their new unit, but it is not on the market yet. |

Getting mine installed tomorrow.
I'll let you know how things go. Did you end up going with a custom map on yours? I'm finally going to have the car setup for some logging runs and will get those over to terry for a custom map if need be. Yes, I'm running jb3 2.0 currently. I figure I'm safe to turn it up to map 7 or even 9 considering the octane boost from the meth as I am stuck here in AZ with crappy 91. I've been on map 5 this whole time and have all other supporting mods. |

Yeah I agree about the ashtray, but I find it nice to be able to close it as it's got a stealthier look then. Also, the Bilstein button glows quite brightly in the dark and when driving at night it's nicer to be able to close the lid. Alpina_B3_Lux

Matt, you will be very happy with the quality of the kit. Snow still to this day has the strongest and most robust methanol pump on the market. They just upgraded to new nozzles for better atomization and better fluid flow consistency. They are a great company with a superb product.

Although I wouldn't be running a turbo setup like his, it's definitely something to look at once everything falls into place. |

Matt, methanol does serve a purpose. I am one of the guys that runs nitrous, but only because I think these guys running 18 psi are taking bigger risks that I am willing to take. I run 14 psi, a .31 shot of nitrous, and 1400 ml/min of methanol. I end up with turbos in efficiency range, IATs about 30F below ambient, very good octane enhancement, and about 525 rwhp... on pump gas.
