With regards to OEM 18" wheel fitment over the 370mm discs / calipers, I have purchased these 18' 640M wheels from M3/M4/M2

Offsets should be E9x friendly, rears are 18x9 ET29 and fronts 18x8.5 ET27.

I will be able to post pictures of the fitment over the brakes soon, once I have purchased winter tyres.

Yeh 513M are great, and forged too!!

They have more aggressive offsets too compared to 640M.

I was worried about front arch clearance, as I'm lowered, so stuck with the 640M!

The 513 is a great looking wheels, looking forward to how it looks.

I just bought the brake kit. Will be getting the front and rear calipers. So the front is a straight plug and play but I need to find someone who can help me machine the rears to fit and I'll be going with the E60 535 rotors. Any help with this would be much appreciated!!

I run 18x9 et30 255/35 and 18x10 et25 275/35 lowered too, on yellow BMW PS.
Front is OK, rear rubbed a lot, but I have rolled the fenders so is only a little.
513M rear are 18x10 et40 so there won't be any clearance issues even with un-rolled fenders.

Perfect ,

However EU x20i engined cars have small rear rotor's drum bore compared to EU x28i engined cars.
In US market up to x28i are equiped with small drum bore.

Hope these infos to help the community !

These days we are in the process for installing rears M sport F2x F3x brakes to an E92 320i.

we putted rear rotor Zimerman with serial number 150.3461.20 , with D=61,2mm
so we have just to slot the rear calipers just for 1mm (not more)

here is attached a picture that compares BMW rotor of Msport brakes with part no 34206797605 vs Zimerman`s

That is a 5-series rotor. We discussed it earlier. It will work only for cars with large 180mm parking brake shoes. The official height is 63mm. You are measuring with "old-used" M performance rotor. Officially D=63.2mm not 61.2mm

The difference is 3mm not 5mm. That is why the drum for the parking brake is 61mm vs 58mm.

Here are the measurements again:

F30 335i M Sport:
BMW: 34206797600
Zimmerman:150.2920.20
Offset: 66 mm
Drum depth: 61mm

E92 335i:
BMW: 34216855004
Zimmerman: 150.2920.20
Offset: 66 mm
Drum depth: 61 mm

E60 535i :
BMW: 34216763827
Zimmerman: 150.3461.20
Offset: 63 mm
Drum depth: 58 mm

Officially yes D=63mm but in reality is 61,2mm ,
So less treat for caliper mounting brackets.
About drum bore yes you are right but the workshop will use an inside adaptor ring to decrease zimerman's drum bore techically to fit as a small bore of 160.8mm.

Will keep you posted

I trimmed my M perf calibers to 12mm as was said before and my rotor sits on the metal parts of the caliber, still 3-4mm of center. I am afraid to trim the calibers anymore. So probably have to swap rear rotors to 535i units. Very disappointed here the 12mm thickness doesn't work with stock 335i rear rotors. Not even close, still 4mm would have to be trimmed. It's a warning for anyone trying to reuse their stock rear 335i rotors. It will not work unless you trim the calibers to like 8-9mm which definitely would not be safe thing to do. So now after spending a $100 to trim my calibers by a shop I still have to buy different rotors. Another $200-$300. Nothing can be done with my current rears which are in like new condition. Now with 535i rotors I will have to fight to drill a big hole in order for them to fit, which I was not looking forward to do. What a PITA . Stock rear rotors are no go with this kit. Found that out the hard way.

Another guy email me of this issue recently, just days ago. He encounter the same issue and had to grind off 1mm from the inside of the calipers to make it work. Perhaps is something you could do as well. How to you mean to drill a big hole? I apologize and did not mean to mislead anyone here. Few guys had follow the thread info and made it work. The rotors are not the issue. If is rubbing on the same spots (those bars that protect the piston area it will be the same with f30 rotor as it same height. Try to grind them first before getting new rotors. Here are the photos:
