Okay I'm just gonna say this isn't going to happen today since noone seems to have much interest in it besides John and I and if noone wants to come I'd rather gym and save the money. Maybe we can do something Saturday though?

Yeah it's been a quiet week for the 804 thread. I might do Cars and Coffee, we can always do something during the day on Sat too.

Was great seeing some of you guys there this morning. Akhil, great hanging out and good drive afterwards. Let's try and meetup this week guys. I got my Alpine 8000k HID Angels. Just need to install.

Starting a quick detail side thing. Exterior only. In the experiment phase right now so prices will be cheaper. Won't be buff waxing for a while untill I find the tools I like. Will be doing temp spray wax instead. Anyone interested?

Spray wax until I find a decent wax and buffer pad to start real buffing

Hey all. I decided to keep two separate accounts for now. It was killing me not being able to stay in touch on any of the boards. It was dumb. If I was logged in, I couldn't see a lot of the threads/categories. Then, as soon as I log out I can then read the stuff, just not reply -__-
So here I am. Let's get together tomorrow night guys. It'll have to be a 7 o'clock time for me but it's Tuesday and I love WINGS! Plus, I still need to code John. |

Not hating Phil, I just don't want some people to get the wrong idea if you offer detailing and they don't get what they expect Because simply applying and removing wax with a buffer isn't going to actually repair the paint, it'll just fill in the scratches/cracks/defects until the wax wears off. The pictures I posted below from yesterday are before wax was even applied. This is just what some very heavy abrasives can do after very detailed work. Actually I've been detailing for a while now I just now decided to expand it out. What I'm actually trying to do is get a sponsorship from black magic first but while I'm waiting for a response I'm using a temp set up. I don't want to get all of one product then get decline. So currently I'm experimenting with all sorts of different companies brands to see which offers the best products etc. I'm also looking for a better buff bad seeing which one will leave small abrasive scratches like the old terry cloth ones to prevent that happening from others cars. As prices go I don't see it going past 50 bucks once I got everything I want.

Legit! I'll be working on slowly bringing my E90 back from the dead as Spring rolls in. As you can see from the pics, the thing was a train wreck when I got it. lol
If you make it tomorrow night I'm sure we'd have lots to talk about |
