Ever heard about "Reserve price" ? I'm sure you heard about it. Winning person could sue you for not abiding Ebay terms. Also I'm sure you know it's shady to use another account to raise the price. NOT cool at all. |

I didn't put a reserve to encourage people to bid on my car as I was hoping the car would get sold both times. I don't think I'll be putting my car up on ebay again though.

I am not sure HOW you get out of selling the car with a completely valid auction winner?!
That eBay bid was about what your car is worth. Be realistic. 35k for a 4-year-old 335...please...not even close! Go to Carmax, then add $2k to what they offer... |

@ Condition
Love the car man but I understand their argument. An ebay bidder can file a complaint on you for not honoring the bid unless it were for legitimate reasons (scamer etc). I understand your reasons for wanting to sell the car at a higher price but you have to look at it from a buyers perspective, most buyers are looking at mileage and price in respect to the cars actual value. You'll eventually get the price you're asking for, or close enough to it, it is just going to take a while. I believe the frustration that some of these members on here are venting is that you didn't honor your agreement on ebay which in essence means you didn't honor your word. GLWS man. Still love the car. It'll all work out in the end. |

Just my opinion but i dont think he will get the price hes asking for unless he lowers it some more. His mileage keeps going up, so the value keeps going down, and add time to that, its depreciating.
I like Im guessing a lot of others are interested in the car, its very nice, but not at the price he has up right now. GLWS though, it is a nice car |

You're mistaken, the current KBB value on this car is 34k.

One of my friend had a mint condition of white E92 335i with similar options and lower mileages. He was trying to sell his car for $33k as a private party, but he sold it to Carmax where gave him $29k. This was about 3months ago... Hope this helps you.
