Do you think I want to lose money if the bumper was in better shape so I could install it?
Like I've said, I don't want to start some argument with you. You got your money, you didn't lose any thing, I am the one who is losing here. Move on! please. I am only trying to sell a bumper here. I've learned my lesson, don't simply trust a person just because someone said he was good. Quote:

In the same logical comparison, when one needs to get a car body part painted, such as a rear bumper, the technician then sands down rough areas, such as the area in the picture you took, and then sprays the paint over the bumper. This is all considered, normal and part of the process. I really hope you understand.

bump for a good price to another buyer!
as already said (beating on a dead horse here ), those scuffs are easily fixed by the body shop during the prep process before paint. the future buyer (or you, if you choose to use the bumper) should not have any trouble with it. OT: here's the popcorn smiley beeyotches!

You guys can say whatever you want since it is not your money and not your bumper. If it didn't happen to me but some other guys, I would'd joined the party, bash, and make fun out of that (some other guys). Talk is cheap unless you are actually involved.
Your excuse is it is minor and can be fixed/sanded down besides normal preparation, but why take an extra step if it can be avoided? Maybe when you guys bought some goods(clothes, TVs, whatever) that have defect or damaged, you like to keep quiet to yourself and keep the defective goods. But not me, I will complaint.

^^^dude the bumper is primed!!!YOu can NOT expect anything more than what u got!
I can attest first hand Ive bought 2 of them! and that the first one on my black car had a wierder gray circle in the middle of the rear end the second had very similiar marks that yours has maybe worse on the one side it was rubbed raw! its only primer dude get over it!! take it to any body shop tell them to prep/paint it with your color code and you will never see it again!! If you cannot accept this is FACT.. then i hightly suggest u only buy finished installed products for you car in the future!!

Guys take it easy
He decided to sell it even before he recieved the bumper. But it seems your, wla 10000, bad that you bring up longtran and make that all his fault. I still don't see what lesson youve learned. Like everyone says, the bumper can easily fixed and maybe its 98% normal.

well whatever.. i understand that he wants perfection... the only thing he doesnt understand is that alot of body pieces that come through shipping are often damaged... i mean that why felix @ europassion didnt want to paint any of his replicas--cause he didn't want to send a product that would arrive possibly with chiped paint etc. chiped paint > chiped primed plastic.
