Is Going from a e90 330i to a e39 M5 a down grade?

Yes it is a downgrade with 96k miles on the clock.
I was thinking about getting one with less than 30k miles when making a purchase, but a friend of mine sold his because it was a headace.
I still love the e39
Just try and get lower miles if you plan on keeping it for a while..

Love the e39 m5. They are rare especially compared to the common 3er. The e39 m5 is special. It's an upgrade.
