stock to stock, the z06 has never been faster than the gtr. the gtr is great stock. my friend has had one since day 1 2009 bone stock and has never had any issues with it whatsoever, outside of tires and shit. |

Not sure about the 2012 GTR. Don't see an official Ring time for that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...eife_lap_times Actually, that 2011 GTR time might be the 2012 because it's known as a 2012MY some places and a 2011MY others. |

This thread makes me want a GT-R more and more. Why can't lease payments be closer to the M3?

Without reading or viewing the link, I would strongly advise against purchasing this car. When I took my car to get serviced at the dealership, they had a charcoal GT-R on the show room so I figured why not check it out while I wait. The cluster was so... primitive as well as the electronics. For the price, I would NOT get the car in general.
On the plus side, I sat in the new 750s and they're extremely sleek! If your doors do not close all the way the first time, the new mechanism closes your door fully -- similar to those pesky minivans

Primitive electronics in the GT-R? lol The fancy door-closing mechanism you speak of is not new technology it's been in the S-Class since at least the mid-90s lol |
