Wow... I was just happy to see mine show up.

We always find something to complain about. First "where is my V1" and then "where is my V2" and then "it cost me too much to get it here"... boo hoo hoo...

Just go install the damn thing and the ends will justify the means.

No, we don't always find something to complain about. Were you charged $40 for 3 day shipping after a 3.5 month wait? Didn't think so.

As I have stated two other times, I have tried to email them with no luck. What else would you recommend? Postal mail? a plane ticket out to visit them?

Well since they won't be back till Jan 2 you can wait to ask them then. And now that you have your V2 in your hands enjoy

You know, the Juice Box shipping charges are about $5.25 for anywhere in the US, 2-3 days! I guess it a lot smaller and lighter, and therefore cheaper to ship??

lol I just checked your invoice, you paid $4.60 shipping. That was before I raised the price to $5.25. You paid $5.25 shipping on the R upgrade. USPS priority is an awesome deal for shipping, and they are very fast. I've had orders to Florida arrive in 2 days.

.. and I dropped off Warren's in person so he actually did get free shipping! I think I spent more than $5.25 in gas, lol.

Dang, and I thought I had checked off the "free same day personal delivery" option just like Warren did, too.

From the pics that Shiv showed in another post, they look like small manila envelopes that MAY weigh 8 oz. Give me a break. Imagine what would be happening if the product was terrible.

Ironically, the people that are the most responsive on here are the ones NOT making $1300-$1500 for some wires that have undergone some decent engineering (I am not taking away from the fact that research and development has gone into this product, just that the line has apparently been drawn there).
hey have you tried to call which company that vishnu ship it with? was it DHL? or Fedex? or UPS?

you can confirm with your tracking number. you can also call whichever carrier that vishnu deal with
