It's as if each block of tread, on the corner of the shoulder on the tyre, is rubbing against something. Only does it on left full lock, say when reversing out of my driveway.

I am running Michelin PSS 235/35/19 on 19x9 ET35 & 275/30/19 19x10 ET38.

I am pretty sure it's rubbing on the oil cooler grill. The 1M's have a similar problem with tyres rubbing on the front fender. They have similar front wheel and tyre specs to mine. The new updated replacement fender has a cut out for extra tyre clearance.

See Ian///M's post on this in the 1Addicts thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...2&postcount=24

This might be what you are experiencing.
I kinda expected the rubbing if i was running 235 but i'm only on 225 which is OEM size. So dont quite understand why .

The Michelin PSS typically run wider than other tyres for any given size. I might have missed it, but what wheel specs are you using on the front? Are you on OEM wheels or after market?

If you put a 235/30/19 Michelin PSS on a non-M OEM 19in wheel like 19x8 ET37, you should not be scrubbing.
