Stock turbos with Ethanol can do those times easily.

Would have thought a 19t would flow much better
If you read the post you would have noticed the point was the half mile, not 1/4. I have done 11.6 in the 1/4 on a prepped surface. The half mile is unprepared, and I am only on 23psi. Also the half is not about time it's about Trap speed.

The half mile is a exponential race. For example there was a stock Lambo there "forgot which model" that ran the half at 144mph.

I was referring to the screenshot, it said 1/4 mile in 12.68 or was that a mistake?

11.6 is good. Have you dynod to see how much power/torque the turbos producing

The screen shot is to show the half mile, the quarter mile shown is irrelevant.

I have not Dyno'ed yet this year but do plan on it. This is a very mild tune for my setup and I am taking tuning lessons so once I start to push it I will Dyno.

Ok, will be interesting to see dyno results once you have everything sorted. 👍

What's the 100-200k times by the way?

We don't have the full info. I would think that is on pump gas with fairly low timing, and 122 trap is pretty good.

I have MMPs and my car traps 128 on E30, and blew off outlet at the 1000 ft mark. I'd expect 7-10mph trap increase from pump gas to ethanol, so 122 sounds about right.

Pardon my ignorance, but how is the 1/4 mile time shown irrelevant?

half mile/mile runs are usually not run from a dig/stop, usually rolling.........

I didn't realize posting that screen shot would cause so much confusion. Saying it is irrelevant is not correct as well.
That 1/4 mile time was only part of the equation to get to the Trap speed of 149.33 that was posted. The race was ONLY about trap speed. The race was held at the Marion Airport in Indiana on an un-prepped surface hence why times are not really important here.

My wife took a lot of video of my Friends 2011 Mustang and she only got a few runs of me but take a look so you get an idea of how this race was setup.

If anything is irrelevant that is. When I did a roll race event, (1/4 only tho ) I ran 123 from a regular 1/4 mile race, and 133 from a roll.

It would be nice to know if this was a standing start 1/2 mile event vs rolling start.

Those that are currently running these, did you go TD04 or oem housing? And how are they performing?

TD04 and they are doing great with lots of track abuse.

I'll be re-tuning my soon and might see how much boost I can push with 19T's.

Here are the links to compressor https://www.ebay.com/itm/Billet-Turb...U/262953001392 and turbine https://www.ebay.com/itm/MAMBA-Turbo...e/262953002219 that I did order as a replacement. Those have same parameters to what is used originally, but according to the guy who was doing the repair for me, the ones that came with turbos are not exactly the same in terms of their material, can't say whether they are better or worse thou.

These turbos are now sponsored by Sean at Mashimarho and they're getting ready to run their Black Friday sale which makes them go for roughly $1400. Pure's 600 option can be had for an additional $400 when it goes on sale...

10k miles on my stage3 set. Tuner says turbos are doing great. Just put a log from yesterday through vDyno cuz I was curious. Ballpark estimate but seems reasonable, running 23lbs 93 octane.

Mine have been raced many times and running strong. I honestly did not expect them to last as long as they have. I would say I have around 10K hard miles on them.

Ive been running 17t Td04l from DAW for 6 months now. My problem has been fueling tbh the turbo's have been great at 22 psi 93 [about to do PI ].. I will run them if they die go ST . To get the most out of these you really need fuel. I suspect many failures may be EGT related to be honest, these 'lower price range' products may not have the ability to tolerate very lean spool tunes. Just something to think about especially in that fat midrange 3500-4500 where these things wake up hungry.

Yeah I am curious how the flowmax compare to my 19T's.

If I was to start over I think I would go single though.
