I once bought a Honda Civic (1992). The thing got 50mpg twice (hand calculated) during the 107 mile drive from home to work (LAX), but was noisy & not all that comfortable.

We have solar and I set it at 74 during the day and 71 or 70 at night. That seems to work best in our 2-story house.

It's got nothing to do with health or religion. I just really dislike the smell of coffee. I know, I know, blasphemy. I blame my father for that. His breakfast was three or four cups of coffee and a half dozen cigarettes which made the whole house reek every morning. I've never gotten past that. I don't even walk down the coffee aisle in the grocery store. And coffee shops... forget it!

As for the tea, nobody in my family drank tea so it was really never an option. It wasn't until I was dating my future wife that I was around anyone that drank tea. By that time in my life I figured "Why start now?".

73?!?!?! 68 during the day and 65 at night at my house. In the winter I do 63 at night. The colder it is, the better I sleep.

No marriage but they do have a kid together. They're on the brink of separating and it's quite sad to be honest. I wouldn't want to make it any worse.
