Matt and Viv normally have done it when I have been there, but I think Paul and Tony and probably many others do.

Floyds car makes the ideal photo car being LHD, makes rolling shoots easier!

I don't think there will be a shortage of photos - Every meet I've been to so far, always loads of cameras!!! I'll be bringing mine.

"Cruise"? This is not some annual Chavs 'do

I presume our Saturday drive out will be more a hoon or a "drive out" than a "cruise"

As for videos, anyone know the position with the law on this? I think it's a nice idea though, I want a video of my car too

Assuming I make it... I was planning on bringing the suction cup and mount I have for my SLR. Could be good for some video/stills while we are out and about - people overtaking etc. Some sample shots below (also posted on the photography thread a while ago...) My SLR does HD video and gives good results but I haven't had the time to work out how to post it anywhere....

It would be if the driver was using the camera, but if it's on a mount and on all the time there is no harm in it (other than collecting incriminating evidence of your manouvers !!!)

It certainly was a big one, I remember gasps coming from some members as he unzipped and produced it.

Luckily a few of us were able to help Matt carry the weight of it. It was massive and no way could he hold that beast on his own. Nicola had never seen one so big

"In the context of driving, a "hoon" is someone who drives recklessly and dangerously (eg: brunouts, donuts, speeding, cutting corners, street racing, etc), often whilst listening to loud music, with their windows down, and trying to look tough. The term is most often associated with young males (around the 17-25 age group) in hotted up cars."
