Lol no he's right, we have been lagging on this project - doing other mods and focusing on shop work, we even shelved this for a while and didnt even think about it. But it's getting time to get it done and start showing you guys what can be done with the N52. The headers and new exhaust coming out will be additions to the development and will even be offered as extra items to add to your kit if you see fit.
I really appreciate everyone sticking with it, and it's time for us to reward the faithful |

All I can say now is that the headers are in the car and a totally new system has been designed for supercharging. No oil lines to deal with, and install will be a breeze. also bringing in Air to water cooling, which is always fun. Better update tomorrow with some images and such |

The Automatic transmission wont hold too much Tq, and we want to keep the cars on the road for as long as possible, so we tune it to be reliable, yet awesomely fun. realistic numbers: 330-350hp 270-290tq Supercharged N52 328i - Auto - e90. |

The tuning is mostly a piggy back solution, with a slight software tweak - which we are working on turning into a full piggy back so you can have full resale value for the kits if someone ever sells the car. |

Haven't tried anything on the 330 yet, but with the 6mt you can expect to be at the upper end on my projections stated above
Maybe more if we get a car on the dyno for a couple days and see how it reacts to a smaller pulley, bringing more boost. |

i don't see the 330i having any more horsepower with a supercharger vs a 325 or 328 with a supercharger. You have to take off that 3 stage intake manifold to put in the supercharger intake manifold on both models. The 325/328/330 all have the same N52 underneath... if anything, the 328 would have the most gain out of the three...

This would mean the 3stage manifold would still exist. Not sure if it would matter with FI. But yes the underlying engine is the same and software is most likely the same between the two so the only difference would be the three stage manifold, and that actually may be bad for power when it is being fed pressurized air. Only one way to know. |
