I talked to shiv about this..., I am going to try and figure out a way to get side by side logs of the different between intercooler pipe pressure (from the t-map sensor), and actual intake manifold boost (from my gauges sensor).

I think people will be surprised how different they are during partial throttle and situations where the throttle closes when boost is still building... I notice that boost is much more stable on my gauge compared to what it shows in the PROcede datalogs, for this very reason... t-map sensor is in the wrong place to measure actual intake manifold boost

Product suggestion:

Put a mini-usb connector on your gauge and have the gauge connect to the PROcede and this way people don't have to run usb cables to their glovebox.

Not sure how transferable this would be for the JB3, but a simple db9 adapter at the end of engine-side USB cable would fix this.

Thoughts?

Neat idea... basically saves people from needing to run more than one wire. I'll look into it... could be just a DIY

The first thing that comes to mind is that it would require drilling of the vent area, because my wires use up all the room in the extra slot.

I have to keep everything 100% reversible... no cutting/drilling, etc... I'll think about it next time I have the dash ripped apart

Can anyone post up a vid of how the map switch function works? Or maybe just describe how it works in general? For instance, let's say I'm at a light and I hit the button to switch it. Is "the button" my usual keyfob or is the button on the vent (these aren't dealbreakers at all, i'm really just satisfying my curiosity as I plan April's mods.) Let's also say I want to randomly check what map i'm on. Can I check to see what it is without switching it? I dont know why in the heck I would do this, but could I drive around all the time with "what map it is" on the gauge?

EDIT: i'm an effing idiot. All of this is on the first page. Sorry guys!

I bought this unit a while back and it is still working immaculately. I posted up a video on it a while back as well.

Any update on this.

For the updates for existing customers... I am waiting for my programmer to get back from london... he had to fly his father there for emergency heart surgery.

This product rocks. One quick Q on the order page. What is difference between "PSI" or "BAR" ?
The product in the video shows both a bar chart and PSI on the same output.
I don't want to pick the wrong option.

You want the PSI version. It is in stock and ready to ship.

BAR is just from some of the international customers that prefer it... 99.99% of my orders are for the PSI version. I don't even stock the BAR version, I just custom make them if someone wants it.

I think you might be confusing the bar graph with "bar" units of measurement, the video only shows the PSI version.

Thanks!

Rick,

Are you still offering a discount price to original customers of your silicon pod?

I installed the new updated version and will be posting a review tomorrow. There are really some nice updates on this version both aesthetically and functionally.
