Yes, especially LEC was faster in every situation.
And no tactical blunders from ferrari, pitstops also looked very good.

On a technical note, I was surprised that VER could sense that something was wrong far earlier than that they could see on the telemetry. Usually it's the other way around and they tell the car starts to break down because the telemetry tells so.
I hope we hear in the future what exactly went wrong with VER and PER' cars, and if the problems are the same/related to the same issue.
It looks like something electrical to me.

Everyone is still learning I think with all the technical changes.
Of course the sc shuffled everything but I wonder what, in hindsight, would have been the best tyre strategy. (with that there wouldn't have been a sc).

Of course a tyrechoice is also a tactical decision of the moment.
With VER's first stop, with the undercut, he obviously chose softs because his aim was to overtake LEC. (and almost succeeded).

Let's just call it what it is, the MCL36 chassis just sucks. Don't know what happened during development and tuning but it's just hot garbage. Definitely didn't expect them to be at the bottom. Feel bad especially for RIC, he moves on from RENAULT to McLaren which was supposed to be a better situation but now finds himself in the same position but with McLaren.

At least from this race, if teams want to be on the hards, they need to pretty much run them from the start to break them in. The mediums seem to be the best overall tire - most drivers seem to be happy with them.

I just heard when they down-shift the car or PU sometimes locks-up ..
MAX got also something with his steering wheel (2 issues)

Note : It's not confirmed yet ..

The HONDA PU was never able to beat the best Ferrari PU from Charlie ..
No way that MAX could beat Charlie today !
The battle that we witnessed was clear enough !

Ferrari pushed it to the highest level and even beyond !

HONDA and Mercedes are coming too short ...

If anyone deserved points and a good result it's Haas, loosing their main sponsor because of all that's happening in the world.
This will for sure help them attract a new sponsor.

I just hope they don't attract a sponser that brings a driver and that either Kmag or MSC has to clear the field....
