received a email from Rich Leatherwood (weird name right? sounds like a pornstar) anyway here is the convo:

Jamie,

We could give you a rate of $15pp + Day Pass ($10) or Annual Pass ($20).
Weds. are good till May 15th.
After that regular pricing would be in effect @ $18.50.

Scott,

i told him that we have a minimum of 5 people usually at the meets, and he set that price up. The only thing is I have to bring the email with me! lol
