I must say, i like their carbon fiber diffuser instead of OEM. i went from DD to OEM and DD carbon fiber diffuser was darker. The OEM carbon fiber diffuser on SG looks like its painted SG :-(

wow. I hope you got a refund. They have the opportunity to make things better and give you a refund, and possibly send you another one (with better fitment). It would be an opportunity to redeem their image on this forum. However, I have a feeling that wont happen.

From what Ive discussed with Duke from Duke Dynamics is that instead of getting the parts made by another factory like everyone else, he has now opened his own factory and is making the parts in house to improve fitment and quality problems that plagued the company before. Helix has recently agreed to take on the sales for Duke Dynamics in the East Coast and I am excited as I have seen many of his new designs and products. Until I get more reviews or do some installs in house I will not know for sure about the Duke Dynamics re-designs and fitment but selling through Helix will be a good test. We dont sell garbage to our customers so if Duke Dynamics hasnt fixed their problems we will be the first ones to notify the public. Hopefully that is not the case. So far I have seen many incredible looking hoods like the one on Former_boosted_IS, The Blurple car, and another black car (I forget the name). Im looking to buy one for myself as I saw the write up Former did and the hood looks fantastic IMO. The fitment is pretty dead on and the fact that its not the Vorsteiner style hood which is quite common.

I've paid for the diffuser on 12/2010. i received the first one on 03/10. it was a defective one. So, we had an agreement(03/11). they promised to ship me another new one. but untill today still not receive it yet(07/11).
I contacted them this morning, trying to get refund; but they reject it. they said we had agreement to make a new one and ship to me. now the process is almost done.....blah blah blah.. anyways, they will contact me by Monday and tell me a solid date to receive the endless waiting diffuser. sigh...

NONO! Let me explain to you about this company. Their in Taiwan and I bought a diffuser from them. The thing is that, they SENT YOU A E92 ONE! I have the same one n it fits right on my e92. I let my bud try it on his E90 pre-lci and it didnt even fit. just like yours. I think they sent you a E92 one. still thats their mistake. either way you pay more or not it still takes long as hell to come in.
But you said yours a e92 mtech bumper. maybe they sent you a E90 one? LOL but I just purchased my 2nd diffusor from them. bmw performance style quad. lets see if i end up like you |

I bought it from bimmerkit.com it did took more than a few weeks. I say about half a month -_- The box it comes in with says Dukes Dynamic on it and it says made in TAIWAN. Yeah I just sold this diffuser lol. Bought the bmw performance style but in quad for my new exhaust set-up.

I dont know how many times I have to say that I did NOT get an E92 diffuser. There are very clear differences between the e90 and e92/93 diffusers
