I believe if you have MSV70 the MAFless file is not available in the website. The difference is a bit noticeable over stock but nothing crazy. Better to just get a custom performance tune after you get catless headers and MILVs

There’s no free lunch here. While hassmaschine’s stuff is amazing, if you’re looking to squeeze every bit of performance out of your engine you’ll need to spend cash, plain and simple. There’s no way to unlock additional power through simple coding, and anyone who says there is doesn’t know what they’re talking about. There’s a ton of info on the NA sub-forum man… There’s not a list of steps or a link that anyone can provide to answer your question. Search the board for Biginboca’s 328 build if you want more info on how to modify the N52 for maximum performance, but be warned: You will be filled with envy when you see his car

Some seriously good info in this thread
On the topic of MAF vs MAF-less tunes, there are interesting facts i have compiled from research. According to wiki, the most powerful version of the N52 engine makes 268hp and is installed in: E92/93 330i E63/64 630i X3 E83 LCI 3.0si X5 E70 3.0si Despite the fact that in all 4 models the engine is rated at 268hp/315nm torque, the first two use IAT, while the last 2 use MAF. I highly doubt this is just because the IAT is a lot less restrictive, hence there must have been some performance reason why BMW decided to put it into the non-SUV. It would be very interesting to see back to back dyno curves and 0-60 runs of the same car with MAF tune, MAF-less tune but keeping the MAF sensor (only use the IAT part of it) and the same MAF-less tune but using the less restrictive factory euro IAT. That should give a lot of details on MAF vs MAF-less pros and cons, but doubt somebody has ever done it. |

any chance bimmerlabs is still functional? I can't seem to access the website. If not, can anyone confirm a zusb for a MAF version with 3sim? digging through kmm_ATSH.txt is time consuming and mind numbing.

128, but 3sim not yet installed. Gathering details and making sure I have all the files in order and waiting on new manifold gaskets and catch-can parts. Will confirm if it works, also doing a transmission flash for the crap GM.

Ok so the ZUSB numbers you posted are for the auto versions. Any idea what the manual equivalents are?
