my co worker lost some friends on the 10 last week too. rear ended by drunk driver.

and tonight...another driver(drunk) chased by police t-boned another car... Pasadena-Covina... I wonder if the first cops on the scene determined that the victim was already dead because they just went straight to the suspect (as I saw on the vid)?

I also wonder why they didn't try to disable him or even his vehicle when he stopped and they tried to talk to him.

and still no update whether the person/s on the other car survived...

I'm still wondering...
