I went to the shop yesterday to check out my car. They have to do serious of work to reposition the connecting part of the cat back. It took them more than double the amount of normal work time to get it done, which costed me more than double amount of money to get it installed, especially when the labor per hour is $95/hr here and considered that it took them hours to get everything done in the right way. I wish Kerscher would reimburse the extra cost for me to make their errors right! Anyhow, other than that, everything is good. The rear apron's paint job done by DTMAutohaus is great. And I greatly appreciated Ryan's help on getting these great items. I am still waiting for the Hartge style front lip from Ryan too; hopefully it will be at my doorstep soon. I will try to take some pics today if I am able to pick up my car from the shop this evening. Stay tune. :rocks:

btw, I assume that all the pipes fit well at the beginning without any modification. Do you still cut the OEM pipe to install the Kerscher? I thought the OEM was just bolted on, and when we install the Kerscher, we just unscrew the OEM. That way, we can put the OEM back anytime for the smog check later on.

And no, the OEM is one COMPLETE system from the exhaust all the way to the front, not a single bolt in btw. Whether or not you have a catback system or just the muffler, you MUST cut the OEM one. At first I thought I just needed to unscrew the OEM and bolt on the new system, but its totally not. That's why I took it to a shop and have them do it for me.

For mine, I found a Flexible Exhaust kit at AutoZone for $5 and I believe it should do the job.
