I will be buying a 335i by the end of Feb, so put me on the list for the Quaife. I live in Northern CA. Quaife is in So Cal? Will they do the install to if I drive down there?

I know Dan Harmann is getting one for his car.
I mentioned to him about doing a group of us, for a discounted rate.
Quaife USA also told me they'd give me recommended places to install the diff as well.
We'll be covered !!

Just can't wait to get it !

Awesome, let us know the details as best you can -- photos of the interior of the dif would be great, and installation tips.

And then the before and after. If you could work on a section of road to get familiar with how your car handles it with the OEM dif, and then let us know how it is different with the Quaife that would be great.

I have not got any specific detail back from Quaife NA as of yet other than they are working on it and will have some news and plan next week. There is certainly a much bigger demand than I expected and goes well beyond 20 units.

The only thing that looks certain is there is an existing Quaife unit that will fit with little effort as you can see by Bmwmike snap shots. IMO I don’t think there will be much of wait to get a product in hand quickly.

The garage i'm going to said 5 hours. I have no idea what the $rate is. The last time i asked they said up to 8 hours so i'm budgeting between 5 to 8 hours. I'll let you know when i actually pay for it.
