hmm good point. i wonder if someone has done a remote wheelie bar system. Where a push of a button, it extends and locks into place with some sort of reinforcement plate.

In that case, the answer to your first question is both yes and no. Any extreme fortification of the bar will effect the chassis during impact (think car accident) and one that has dampening abilities will lose out on purpose/functionality.

damn...the funny part of all this is that i was seriously putting thought into it. Not for my car, but just an idea for a project car.

doubt it man. i ordered about 3 weeks ago and still 'on order'. theyre just not starting production. I'm afraid it's going to SA instead of Germany, coz they said a portion of production is going to SA in february. if this is the case i'll get it after May or something

That can work. But if the car is capable of a wheelie, simply lift it, pop out the bars, and let it ride them upon landing.
