Grade D but edible hotel scrambled eggs (powdered most likely), a couple slices of bacon, a low fat yogurt and a banana. This reinforces traveling for business is so awesome! (sometimes overrated).
Problem is I have to be at the customer site before most good restaurants open, which would take away another hour of time I need at the plant. |

I just whipped up a big 10-Minute Power Bowl.
3 mashed banamas Rolled oats Chia seeds Cinnamon Chopped dates Sliced almonds Toasted coconut Almond milk Water Looks like a soupy mess when you first make it. But as it sits in the fridge overnight, the chia seeds and rolled oats absorb all the liquid. In the morning I'll spoon a bunch out into a pot and heat it up. Then enjoy a warm breakfast that's healthy and has some serious fuel for the morning.

^^^ Overnight oats?
Btw, I usually prep a work week's worth of overnight oats individually in containers. Today, I decided to make to make them in a large bowl and dole it out into individual containers. Way messier that way.

Yeah, pretty much overnight oats. But this stuff is meant to be warmed up before eating. More like porridge, I guess.
