ANNOYED!
What's going on guys
So long story short EVERY single time that I drive or at least 98% that I do I always hear this crinkle side in the front especially when I make turns or simply just moving the steering wheel and its come to a point where I just want to put WD-40 all through the damn car. Its like opening an old door or going into a basement that's never been opened before! Any suggestions what it can be? Anything to look for or get checked out? Thanks for the feedback. |

I think I know what you're talking about. I always thought it was the tire rubbing on the ground when turning but don't think it's the case. In for a fix.

possibly bad bearings in upper strut mount . . you need to give us more info on where exactly its coming from. Take some tight turns in a parking lot and to see if its a wheel bearing . . . could be sway bar bushings . .is it more pronounced over bumps?

Exactly what I thought might've been the tire but I doubt it because there was some few rare occasions where it hasn't happen. I'll keep you posted if I come down to it.

Exactly I can't answer that but I feel it's some where in the middle just for the simple fact that even if I turn the wheel lightly you start to hear the noise even before completing a full turn I may be wrong tho. When I make a U turn I hear it most there and boy is it bad. How can I know it's a wheel bearing? Anything to look for while doing so? Actually no over speed bumps I don't hear it or even on these lovely streets of NY where its pothole central I don't. Just when making U turns or simply make a left/right getting out a parking spot etc
