Greetings from Texas! It has been a couple of months since I have been in Nova Scotia but I should be back next spring. A buddy of mine is up there now. He has a dark grey RS4 w/ Texas plates. He is a good guy. If you guys see him around you should give him a thumbs up and show him what Nova Scotia hospitality is all about!

Jeff and I tried a while back, but too few members. Looks like nothing much has changed.

Jeff - nope, still in the US, I need to update my profile. Love the city, neighbourhood, etc., but hate my job. Got some immigration things to work out and should be able to look for a new employer around October. How are things in Northern Ontario?

Got my hands full. Hunter is about to turn two and we just welcomed our second son (and last child) Xavier last week.

Couldn't be happier.

Congrats on #2! We had our second daughter this past Christmas eve. Our first is 2.5, so it looks like I'm about 6 months ahead. I'd like to stick with two, the wife is hinting at three, so we'll see.

As you may be finding out, two is more than twice as much work as one. Wouldn't trade it for the world though.

I personally find two not much more work than one. We are dead set on keeping at two. My wife had two horrible pregnancies so looks like I will get the "V" done within the next year...

Heading back northeast. Will be in Halifax for a month or two starting in November then in Fredericton by (hopefully) the new year.

That's cool. We're looking for a place in Fredericton. We've been told not to live on the North side for some reason, but we were there and it seemed just fine to me. A couple of new subdivisions on the north side that were nice - Brookside West and West Hills. Can your wife shed any light on why we should avoid the north side?

The north side used to be the bad part of town but it has gotten better. I don't think there is anything wrong with the north side anymore.

Hi,

New "soon-to-be" member checking in.

I've a 323i on special order (to add burl walnut trim) which supposedly will appear in April 2009. I'm also having the dealer (Halifax BMW) switch the rims over to 17" (style 185, I think).

Currently live in Wolfville.
