I drive issue after JB4 install

Hey guys,

So I have recently installed a used JB4 w/BT connect kit on my 2008 e93 335i. About a day after the install, the I drive system will not respond to inputs from the wheel or menu button. What is also weird with this issue is that I can no longer hear the radio although it seems to respond to the steering wheel and radio controls. (i.e. volume knob, mute/unmute) the screen itself is not frozen.

Anyone experience the same thing after installing a JB4?

Try removing the jb4 and seeing if that makes it any better.

I'd bet on coincidence or the jb4 is flooding your canbus system
