size / measurement of brake hub??

i was wondering if anyone knew the width of the brake rotor hub?

i was looking to paint them ( they are all sorts of rusty) and was going to make a template cover.

Do you mean the diameter of the hub? A trip to the dealer's parts counter with a ruler might be the easiest way to get a first-hand measurement.

Just paint the whole thing. By the time you've applied the brakes for the third time the entire sweep surface would be clean of paint anyway.
