FCP Euro - Dissapointed w Customer Service

I was having issues with the injectors in my car so I ordered a kit that included 6 from FCP EURO. Injectors came in and were installed, all worked fine... I paid ~$1370 for the kit with these injectors that were marked as index -12... About a week later FCP lists a kit for $860, that includes 6 injectors. I call FCP to find out what the case is and why such a massive difference in price in such a short time, and they tell me that this kit includes different part numbers. I ask them how so?, what is different and what revision are these? FCP Euro refused to give me an answer to this and simply said I can return mine and order these. Not really a good option considering they are already installed. So in other words, FCP Euro one week later is selling an equal product for $500 less... Sounds like I got screwed there...I believe that I should have been re compensated fairly in some way, I was very disappointed in the customer service.

I don't understand some of their pricing either. Was looking at ordering Bilstein B6 struts from them. And right about the point I was going to order the price went up to ~$50 each higher than any competitor and higher than the B8 strut. I can also find them for $70 each less somewhere else.

Sorry, lifetime replacement only goes so far in price differences.

You should utilize their price match promotion! You could have gotten the best of both worlds.

Hey Adrian,

Unfortunately the part numbers are different. If you go on their site and look at one of their latest blog posts you'll see one dedicated to the issue of different product numbers.

You got injectors that were produced for the N54. The injectors that were cheaper are injectors from the n63 engine but are also compatible with the N54.
