Had a VERY BAD experience purchase from ebay. I own a E90 and i want to get a HID kit for my car. After searching on the ebay, I found a title with "BMW 55W HID conversion kit E30 E36 E46 E90 E91 fit all 3 series CANBUS no error" so I thought they should know what's a E90 needed.
It arrived with dodgy boxes first of all with plain box which i dont really care so much as long as they work. However after paying someone to get it fitted on my car, my dash showed warning light my car STILL. They sell a POS which claim it will work on a E90. I dispute on paypal but as usual they just ask me to send it back to them. The postage cost is like half the price of the item and at the end those dodgy asian may even say it works in their BMW. Spending the money on the item and installation but end up with nothing.

Their replies are even worse which basically telling me they can change their company name .

Don't think you be wise, I have a lot of experience to deal with stupid buyer. Stupid guy did stupid things. Last time , the guy said he is a FBI, but I just call him stupid FBI.

Interesting, the negative rating that was given to me was from one called "maxvisionaus". May be same person! and if you track through "Maxvisionaus" sold items, he also just happens to sell HID's as well.

What I say, there have a lot of people want to make money in ebay. They will say the products no good or fault and asking refund. However, I'm not their "cup of tea". Check my ebay feedback in such item, you will found the truth.
Also, Maxvisionaus may just bought things from ebay then resell for profit, not his blog told! If you are going to shop in “maxvisionaus”, go straight to ebay without the middle man!

I ordered a bumper from them last week and have not heard anything and I can't seem to find their phone number anymore. Has anyone ordered and received anything from them in the past 6 months? I checked their account on here and it says they haven't logged in in over 2 months so I have a feeling I'm going to be getting a refund from paypal.
