I have had a problem with my battery going dead so I got the battery replaced and registered. Now It's happened again. There must be a parasitic drain on my battery causing this. I found a thread (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1183379)
That explored this and the culprit was comfort access. Right before this started happening I had a second key programed at the dealer. (bought the car used and only got one key with it). What are the chances that the comfort access sleep setting got messed up during key programing?

How close are your keys to the car when it's parked overnight?

~100 feet when at home
and at work ~2000 feet.
