Has anyone else have issues with getting warranty work done with Sonic Tuning? Went to get some more suspension components added to the car and they found out I had a leaking strut. Contacted Sonic Tuning October 13 regarding a warranty replacement and provided photos for replacement before I move and have to drive the car cross country. I was assured I would be able to get parts in before my departure date on December 10 and after weeks of run around was told on November 10 that it would ship out. It's now the 30th and still nothing.

Edit: Pat@Sonic Tuning has been trying to coordinate but has been unsuccessful with getting me any updates from the shop. After multiple calls, have been told there was some sort of issue with shipment and got confirmation of arrival on Dec. 2 so I can arrange an install for next Monday before I drive cross country to move to Miami.
