This isn't my first order with ECS, I have ordered quite a few things from them including a couple of larger ticket items and my experiences have been great.
Recently however, one of my LUX H8 180's went out after only 6 months of use. I was prepared for some BS actually just because I buy a ton of stuff online and I just expected ECS to refer me to LUX.
Well, ECS was awesome and sent me the RMA immediately and the new replacements were shipped right away. Good customer service is very rare these days and it is so refreshing to deal with an honest vendor who cares and feels my pain of having to drive around with stock angel eyes,
